Client Service Representative

What You'll Be Doing:

As a CSR, you help keep the hospital running smoothly while making sure every client and pet feels welcome and supported.

Your typical day will include:

Greeting clients and their pets as they arrive Answering phone calls and helping clients schedule appointments Scheduling and confirming visits Helping clients understand services, products, and preventative care Processing payments and explaining fees clearly Managing and updating patient records Keeping the front desk and waiting area clean, organized and welcoming You'll also collaborate closely with our veterinarians, technicians and assistants to make sure our patients recieve the best care possible. What We Are Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and reliable Comfortable talking with clients and answering questions Organized and able to multitask in a busy enviorment A strong team player who's willing to jump in and help when needed Passionate about animals and helping people care for their pets Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
