In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will drive client retention and growth, making a positive impact on both our clients' lives and our company's success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise while delivering personalized service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and premiums to secure optimal agreements for clients while meeting company guidelines. Manage sales administration tasks including policy processing, documentation, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through claims processes when necessary. Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance offerings via telemarketing campaigns and other outreach initiatives. Skills Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication skills to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly. Ability to perform analysis of client needs and market conditions to recommend suitable coverage options. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve client bases effectively. Strong organizational skills to streamline processes. Knowledge of AMS360 or Applied/EPIC a big plus! MUST be Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed!! •

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
