Experienced Service Advisor - Growing & Busy CDJR Dealership (New Jersey) We are a fast-paced, growing CDJR dealership in New Jersey looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to our team. What We Offer Competitive pay plan with strong earning potential Busy shop with consistent customer traffic Supportive management team Opportunity for advancement Paid training and continued development Full benefits package available Positive team-oriented environment Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally Write repair orders accurately and efficiently with correct CCC documentation Recommend maintenance and repair services based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Monitor vehicle status and follow up on outstanding work Maintain CSI and build long-term customer relationships Help drive department sales and productivity Great Time Management Qualifications Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required CDJR experience preferred but not mandatory Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to sell maintenance and repair recommendations ethically and effectively Organized and able to multitask in a high-volume environment CDK experience is a plus Valid driver's license required What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Takes ownership of the customer experience. We are Customer Service and Hospitality focusewd department Understands the importance of menu presentation, maintenance recommendations, Repair Recommendations, documentaion of declined work Can handle a busy drive professionally and efficiently Works well with technicians and management Able to work Saturdays Weekly Salary with a Monthly Commision structure.
