British Swim School North New Jersey is one of the nation's leading swim school franchises and we are looking for warm, experienced, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Deck Ambassadors — our front-facing customer experience role at the pool deck. What you will do:
Be the warm, welcoming face families see when they walk in Set up the pool deck and manage student check-ins between classes Build genuine relationships with kids and parents over time Celebrate student milestones, graduations, and birthdays Help parents with scheduling questions and student progress updates Promote referrals and new enrollments naturally through great service Monitor water quality and safety on the deck Share fun moments on social media You are the right fit if you: Take your commitments seriously — we count on you to show up when you say you will Love talking to people and building real relationships Have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or education Are reliable, warm, and assertive when needed Can multitask without losing your cool or your smile Are looking for flexible, meaningful part-time hours that fit around your life What we offer: Flexible shifts of 4-5 hours — perfect around another job, school, or retirement Highly competitive pay Paid, structured training including first aid certification Free onsite parking A warm, mission-driven team culture Real growth opportunities as we expand across New Jersey And yes — happy, laughing, singing kids every single shift

Piscataway Work Schedule:
Weekday evenings and weekend mornings Some swim experience required. Just bring the people skills and the heart for it. — we would love to meet you!
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
