Job Description:
The ideal Customer Service Representative thrives in a small, team-oriented manufacturing environment, enjoys working directly with customers, and takes a hands-on approach to managing orders and solving issues from start to finish. Responsibilities Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Process and manage order entry, including order changes, tracking, and issue resolution Provide accurate information on product details, pricing, and order status Coordinate closely with production, shipping, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment Assist with shipping documentation, including bills of lading, and support logistics processes Help coordinate with carriers, freight providers, and customs (as needed) for domestic and international shipments Maintain and update customer and order data within internal systems Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or order entry (manufacturing or distribution preferred) Experience with shipping documentation (bill of lading) and/or exposure to logistics or customs processes is a plus Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset Experience working in a small team environment with the ability to wear multiple hats Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
