  • QUALIFICATIONS
    High School diploma or equivalent
  • Can work independently and have a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good Oral and written communication skills
  • Must have mid-level knowledge and use of MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Must have at least 1 year office experience
  • Must have own means of transportation to and from work.
  • We are looking for someone who: Answers incoming telephone calls from venders, distributors and sales personnel in response to product information.
Assists in administrative tasks including filing, distributor folder maintenance, general data entry and process sales lead inquires. Must be able to use office equipment including telephones, computers, fax, scanner, mailing equipment and copier machine. Preparing Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents, Light Graphic design promotional flyers, and some Power Point. (Adobe Acrobat is a Plus.) Experience communicating both verbally and written and is a customer focused quick responder team player. Setting up and processing new distributor credit applications with venders. Effectively communicate procedures, policy, and promotions on a timely basis to distribution and Personnel. Can maintain a clean and organized work environment.
