About the Position The Customer Service Support Representative at Rotor Clip plays a key role in supporting the Customer Service Team through a variety of administrative functions. This position is primarily focused on supplementing order management, vendor claims, customer credits, and assisting with reception front desk duties when needed. - all aimed at improving productivity and reducing response times for customer inquiries. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential, as this role involves regular interaction with both internal and external customers regarding orders, issues, and opportunities. Special projects may also be assigned as needed. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding orders, issues, and opportunities. Support order management processes, vendor claims, customer credits, and related administrative functions. Participate in special projects and attend Customer Service events as needed. Assist the Customer Service Team in improving productivity and response times for customer inquiries. Assist with reception front desk duties when needed. What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external customers. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with experience in report generation and data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service.
