Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Professional to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with clients. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and account management with professionalism and clarity Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings, maintaining a friendly and engaging tone Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools such as Microsoft Office Trade Shows and Conferences - Booth support/Greet Customers/Showcase Technologies Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a courteous demeanor Site visits to see customers and attend meetings/presentations with sales and management staff Experience Previous experience in customer support roles/brand ambassador and social media is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong communication skills and preferablly a solid understanding of technology Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail; Will be supporting both Quick Copper Technologies and NOXAERO Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills necessary for daily operations Experience in outbound calling, client services, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and exhibit excellent call etiquette and interpersonal skills in 1:1 settings with clients and at events Super bubbly, energetic, passionate and eager to learn and grow within the company supporting a wide array of technology offerings Join us as a Customer Service Professional and become an essential part of our vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable client experiences!
