This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with both customers and vendors, and staying organized across multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and Zoom communication Follow up with vendors to ensure all required paperwork and documentation is received on time Perform website audits on work orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Coordinate closely with internal teams to keep jobs moving efficiently Provide timely updates and clear communication to customers and team members Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain high service standards What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (phone, email, and virtual meetings) Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable following up and holding vendors accountable Team player who enjoys working collaboratively in an office setting Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Previous customer service or operations experience preferred What We Offer Full-time, in-office position in Hackensack Collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, expanding company Hands-on role with real impact on operations and customer experience Medical Why Join Us?
