Answering Medicaid clients questions Making referrals to other Medicaid units Looking up Medicaid clients eligibility Keep updated on changes to Medicaid policies and guidelines Bilingual Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Call Center Experience Customer Service Experience Basic Computer Knowledge Bi-Lingual -
