Full Time | On-Site | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (flexible hours + extra hour opportunities)

Starting Pay:

Key Responsibilities Customer Support Field incoming calls and communicate effectively and professionally with our customers. Monitor our customer support email and communicate effectively with our customers. Assist customers during scheduled showroom appointments, helping them write and finalize their orders in a relaxed low-pressure sales environment. Lead and proactively communicate with our customers on our Accounts Receivable. Office Maintain inventory of office supplies. Help to maintain our showroom. Assist with creating new items and UPCs, updating product images, and ensuring all new products are accurately set up and available for sale on our website. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
