We are currently looking for Customer Experience Specialist position. 1. Job Duty
- CSR (Customer service - incoming call / Booking)
- Understands all processes across different job site in terms of maintaining supporting documentation for vendor expenditure.
- Service Agreement
- Customer Satisfaction Follow up
Employee File Maintenance:
Organizes and maintains electronic and written files, records and logs.- Provides customer support - answering phone calls, taking messages, transferring calls, and providing appropriate information in a courteous, professional manner.
- Handling other related functions as necessary. 2. Qualification
- Above Community College degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have good attention to details and organizational skills
- Must be excellent in Microsoft Excel.
- Efficient and organized in a very fast paced environment.
- Problem solver and analytical thinker.
- Very good attention to detail and diligent
- Interpersonal skills (teamwork, customer orientation).
- Judgment and thinking (original thinking, judgment and decision making, problem solving).
- Performance skills (accuracy with detail, planning and organizing, efficiency).
- Personal characteristics (motivation and commitment, flexibility, assertiveness, self-management, ability to take direction).
- Must have the ability maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
