Playground Leader / Customer Service Assistant - Weekends Only

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Assistant to join our team at our brand new indoor playground! If you enjoy working with children, have a positive attitude, and are passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain the bathroom facilities to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for all visitors. Regularly clean and sanitize the playground facilities, including play equipment, tables, and seating areas. Engage with families and children in a friendly and welcoming manner. Provide assistance to guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. Monitor the safety of children as they play, offering support when needed. Assist with any additional tasks as required by the team.

Requirements:

Must enjoy working with children and families. Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and visitors. Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Previous experience working with children or in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
