Part time Customer Service Rep

We're Hiring:

Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) Are you someone who thrives on helping people, solving problems fast, and keeping things organized under pressure? We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented CSR to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers.

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule appointments and manage job flow Communicate clearly with technicians and customers Keep systems updated with accurate job and customer info Handle filing and organizing paperwork Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time

Position Details:
