Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Service Calls Representative to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance, providing exceptional service through outbound and inbound calls. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your client service expertise while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values proactive problem-solving and clear communication. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, ensuring each interaction is positive and solution-oriented. Handle outbound calls to follow up with clients, schedule appointments, or gather feedback to enhance service delivery. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with diverse client populations, including multilingual and bilingual customers. Responsible for manging the services schedule and communicate with work supervisor and crew on a daily basis. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including detailed notes on issues and resolutions. Support Job Cordinator with scheduling, apllication of permits and other steps necessary for ongoing projects. Create invoices on QuickBooks and keep track of payments to verify if collections efforts are needed. Qualifications Proven experience in customer support roles, with a strong emphasis on inbound calls and client interaction. Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems. QuickBooks knowledge preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during typing or data input activities. Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving techniques. Organized and detail orientated Salary will be based on person experience
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
