N/A Position Summary Provide stellar customer service to existing accounts and prospective accounts Essential Functions To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Educate customers about the quality of our product line, service and how it will benefit their business.
  • Introduce/sell products based on customer type and current menu offering via phone.
  • Introduce/sell new items launched.
  • Maintain a record of products placed through up-selling.
  • Maintain a record of new item placed.
  • All phases of order entry.
  • Keep line of communication open to sales people in the field and provide requested data to support sales.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explain the best solution to solve problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Manage and track payments.
  • Manage and track overdue collection.
  • Communicate to team/other departments the status of receivables.
  • Be able to work in a team oriented environment.

  • Phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Knowledge of the food service industry Education High school diploma or GED required
