Answer incoming calls and assist customers with professionalism and care Provide support and follow-up to ensure an excellent customer experience Assist our Renovation Department with scheduling, updates, and coordination Support the Service Department with customer communication and job tracking Maintain accurate records and documentation using

Strong customer service experience (required) Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
