Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Salary:
~$60,000 + bonuses
Type:
Direct Hire Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails Assist with account questions and investment-related inquiries Troubleshoot system and software issues Document interactions accurately Provide feedback to improve internal systems and processes Qualifications Experience in financial services, brokerage, or investments required Knowledge of stocks, securities, and transactions Strong communication and attention to detail & great personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
