Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our organization. This in-office position is responsible for conducting outreach to eligible individuals, educating them on available trust services, and supporting enrollment efforts where appropriate. Key Responsibilities Make soft/cold calls to clients referred by health plans who are eligible for surplus income solutions. Explain the benefits of the services and guide clients through the process. Schedule follow-up appointments and intake consultations. Accurately document interactions and progress in the intake system. Meet or exceed outreach and enrollment targets. Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and help improve outreach strategies. Qualifications Excellent phone communication skills—clear, warm, and persuasive. Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling. Strong work ethic, dependable, and self-motivated. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with intake tracking systems. •Prior experience in sales, outreach, intake, or customer service, ideally within healthcare, social services, or a related field heavily preferred.
