Job Description

Emerstone Quartz is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Selection Specialist to assist customers with selecting quartz, marble, and natural stone materials for their home and commercial projects. This position is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, interior design, home improvement, or sales who enjoys working directly with customers in a showroom environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming showroom experience Assist customers in selecting quartz, marble, granite, and other stone materials Explain product features, colors, finishes, and applications Coordinate with sales representatives regarding customer selections Document customer selections and communicate information accurately Answer basic customer questions regarding products and availability
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional and friendly demeanor Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Experience in interior design, home remodeling, kitchen and bath design, stone industry, or sales is preferred but not required Basic computer skills
