This role involves customer interaction, order processing, and coordination with production to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers Provide quotes for print, signage, and marketing materials Process orders and create job tickets Coordinate with production team to meet deadlines Follow up with customers regarding proofs and approvals Maintain organized records of jobs and communications Recommend additional products/services when appropriate Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving mindset Comfortable using computers and standard office software Print or signage experience is a plus Compensation Compensation is based on experience.
