Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Promote special sales and offers to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of technology, electronics, or appliances is beneficial
