Operations & Customer Support Assistant

Just Bathrooms, a busy home-remodeling company specializing in beautiful, high-quality bathroom renovations, is looking for a dependable and organized Operations & Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our projects running smoothly—from receiving materials to supporting our design and customer service workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and organize all incoming deliveries of materials, fixtures, and supplies
• Track orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors when issues arise
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to homeowners (phone/email)
• Assist the Head Designer with sample organization, scheduling, and project coordination
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and help keep project documentation up to date
• Support general office and operations tasks as needed to keep the team running efficiently What We're Looking For
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay calm when things get busy
• Comfortable using basic computer programs (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM/order systems)
• Experience in construction, remodeling, or design fields is a plus—but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to jump in where needed
