Lincroft, NEW JERSEY Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Call Center Representative to handle a high volume of calls and assist patients with scheduling, referrals, insurance verification, and general inquiries. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, organized, and able to multitask in a busy healthcare environment. Job Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and referral requirements.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm patient appointments according to office protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Route messages and calls to the appropriate staff.
• Provide patients with pre-appointment instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.
