Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly at the front desk, creating a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office tools. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations. Provide customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering helpful solutions. Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities. Support bookkeeping and basic office management functions including invoicing, billing, and maintaining supplies. Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills. Experience working as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading skills. Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and time management techniques.
