Perceptix Marketing Group, a consulting firm based in Marlton, NJ, is hiring a Wireless Enrollment Associate to support customer enrollment and service campaigns for major telecommunications providers. In this role, you will work directly with customers to explain services, complete enrollments, and provide a positive customer experience. We are the market leader in developing impactful customer service and sales campaigns that will drive our clients' market reach to higher levels. We are currently seeking driven individuals to join our team as Wireless Enrollment Associates to help us achieve our company's and clients' goals of long-term success and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities of a Wireless Enrollment Associate Speak directly with customers to explain wireless services and complete enrollments Answer customer questions and provide clear information about service plans and promotions Deliver a professional and positive customer service experience Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate Maintain accurate customer enrollment records and account updates Work with team members during training and daily team meetings Meet weekly sales and customer enrollment goals Qualifications for a Wireless Enrollment Associate High school diploma or GED required Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in customer service, sales, or telecommunications while gaining valuable experience working directly with customers.
