Client Service Representative - Veterinary Hospital

Northfield Veterinary Center is looking for a permanent Full-Time CSR to create a "can-do" experience for our clients every day! We are looking for a compassionate, customer focused front office person with a high degree of problem-solving ability. He/she should possess a personable phone manner, strong written communication skills and be able to identify issues and resolve requests in a timely manner.
