Responsibilities:

Support dispatch operations by handling overflow tasks. Coordinate with drivers and ensure efficient route planning. Perform administrative duties to assist in day-to-day operations. Conduct occasional fieldwork to support our team. Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. A CDL is a bonus and will result in a higher pay rate. Must be comfortable sending 100+ emails and answering 50+ phone calls per day Must be proficient in Google Sheets, Gmail, G-Suite, etc

Compensation:
