Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys supporting both customers and internal teams. This position will help ensure a seamless customer experience while also providing essential administrative support to the marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of customer relationship management systems, including NetSuite CRM. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Support the sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data entry within CRM systems. Assist in project management tasks related to customer onboarding, product launches, or service upgrades to ensure timely execution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and gather insights on customer needs and preferences. Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, or areas requiring additional support. Coordinate with finance teams to verify billing accuracy and resolve any discrepancies related to customer accounts. Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing sales performance. Customer Support & Customer Experience Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a prompt, professional, and helpful manner. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products, orders, and service experiences. Review pending orders and customer requests to help maintain high standards of customer service. Issue commercial invoices as needed for domestic and international orders. Support the resolution of B2B and B2C customer service issues by coordinating with internal departments when needed. Marketing Administrative Support Support day-to-day marketing administrative tasks, including ordering and tracking marketing inventory. Order sales support materials such as laptop bags, rolling bags, banners, figs, and related collateral. Review and organize returned car stock and marketing materials. Help maintain organized records of marketing expenditures and inventory-related activity. Sales Support & Field Team Coordination Arrange travel and accommodations for sales representatives attending events and trade shows. Support new sales lead generation and assist with maintaining accurate account information. Conduct detailed reviews of sales reps' expenses and marketing expenditures. Coordinate sales support requests to help ensure reps have the materials and tools they need. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, marketing administration, sales support, office administration, or a related role. Proven experience with CRM platforms and
OFFICE 365
tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests from different departments. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records. Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, PayPal, or similar platforms is a plus. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, sales representatives, vendors, and internal teams. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to jump in where needed with a positive attitude. Strong follow-through and ability to take ownership of recurring tasks.
