Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative whose main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.

Responsibilities:

PODs and scanning them into system Tracking Line haul/ updating system Making local appointments and update system Tracking local deliveries Tracking local pickups updating system and inventory Sending and confirming rate confirmations for local deliveries Putting paperwork together for local deliveries and pickups Creating manifests for local Local inventory tracking in and out Spreadsheets Updating local deliveries to customers Tracking cartage companies and updating system

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills Experience in CSR role in transportation industry (definitely an asset) Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners Strong organizational and time management skills Fluency in verbal/written English Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, UFOS) Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Great problem solving skills We offer competitive wages and a great benefits package.
