Client Services Associate BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Philadelphia, PA office, conveniently located near the Broad Street Line. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of office operations, client services, scheduling, staffing, and team management — preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization, including advancement into Client Services Manager roles.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage client services, scheduling, and staffing needs Support field staff in delivering high-quality home care services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations Assist with growing office caseload through exceptional customer service and relationship management Collaborate with office leadership to monitor operational and financial metrics, including overtime, unfilled hours, and gross margin Foster positive communication and engagement with field employees Support employee recognition and retention initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within company systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred Home care or healthcare experience preferred Customer service experience required Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships Ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer/data entry skills Comfortable with phone communication and relationship-building outreach
