Client Support Technician Quadrant Health Group - 1.0 Princeton, NJ Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications CPR Certification First aid High school diploma or GED Driver's License First Aid Certification Driving Full Job Description The Client Support Technician is an essential member of the recovery support team, responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and accountable environment for residents in our sober living homes. This role provides direct support to clients in their recovery journey, ensuring program expectations are upheld while fostering a positive, respectful, and recovery-focused atmosphere.
Schedule's Needed:
1st shift: 8a-4:30p 2nd shift: 4p-12:30a
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily supervision, support, and guidance to residents in a sober living setting. Support clients in their recovery by promoting accountability, structure, and healthy living habits. Conduct regular bed checks and property rounds to ensure resident safety and adherence to house rules. Oversee and participate in client activities to encourage engagement and community building. Facilitate and monitor transportation of residents to and from treatment programs, appointments, meetings, and approved activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident attendance, curfews, behavioral observations, and incident reports. Assist in upholding the structure, organization, and cleanliness of all living areas and common spaces. Communicate effectively with the treatment team regarding resident progress, concerns, or noncompliance. Enforce house rules and program expectations consistently and fairly. Respond promptly and appropriately to crises or emergencies in accordance with established safety protocols. Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing staff development.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in human services, psychology, or related field preferred. Experience working in a behavioral health, recovery, or residential setting is strongly preferred. Knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery principles, and sober living environments. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to model professionalism, maintain boundaries, and foster accountability. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if transport duties apply). CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
