Job Description

At Accurate Pest Control, delivering exceptional, empathetic experiences is at the core of everything we do. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as a trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities Manage Communications:
Respond to incoming customer inquiries and scheduling via phone, email, in a timely and professional manner.
Provide Solutions:
Troubleshoot customer issues, process orders, and provide accurate information about company products and services.
Maintain Records:
Log all customer interactions, feedback, and profile changes accurately in our database.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
[1-2] years of customer service preferred
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a highly polite and empathetic manner.
Tech-Savviness:
Proficiency with business software and
Microsoft Office Problem-Solving:
Ability to think on your feet, multitask, and manage multiple customer accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
