Job Summary:
LHH is working with a manufacturing company in Hackettstown, NJ to hire a temporary Customer Service Representative. The hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5PM. The qualified candidate should have prior corporate customer service experience and strong technology skills. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers Assist in resolving customer questions and concerns Escalate concerns as needed to the proper team Keep track of customer orders and activity in Epicor system
Required Experience:
High School Diploma At least 1 year of corporate customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in office five days a week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
