Initial Contact :

Work with current as well as prospective customers that come into our

Center, on the phone, and via email. Route the client to the appropriate sales rep.

Accounts Receivables :

Send monthly statements to clients, and take a proactive approach to contacting clients to ensure payment is received promptly.

Follow Up :

We consider there to be two types of mandatory follow ups. The first is this candidate will follow up within 2 weeks of every completed job to ensure the highest satisfaction of service rendered. Additionally, a successful candidate will follow up with open estimates to ensure clients are moving forward. A Successful

Manage the customer journey from contact through follow up after completion of the project Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders while in office. Customer Service Representative:

3-5 years of retail or counter sales experience required Print experience preferred but mandatory High school diploma or equivalent Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and has the ability to build relationships Great listening and organization skills Understanding of new software programs and willing to learn Dress and present professionally to our clients Willing to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work Do you enjoy working with people? Compensation :

$18-22 per hour; + commission opportunities based on performance and money collected each month for the business.

Hours :

The hours of this position are 8:30 AM

• 5 PM, 2 or 3 days per week (depending on how busy we are) with a 30 minute lunch break each day. Must have reliable transportation to get the office each day.
