Job Description

Job Overview Tire King is looking for a dependable and organized Service Writer / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This position is the front line of customer service and plays a critical role in keeping the shop running smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, communicate professionally with customers and technicians, and help create a positive experience for everyone walking through the door. Duties Greet customers and assist with service needs Answer phones and schedule appointments Write service tickets and work orders accurately Recommend tires, maintenance, and repair services Communicate repair information and updates to customers Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians Process invoices and payments Maintain organization of front desk operations Assist in managing daily shop flow and customer traffic Help maintain a professional and positive work environment Experience Automotive or tire industry experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic automotive knowledge required Computer and point-of-sale experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady workflow in a growing business Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and advancement This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being part of a fast-moving automotive team.
Pay:
$57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
