  • To create a memorable experience as the first voice and point of contact with us.
  • To schedule effectively, optimizing capacity and upselling ancillary services.
  • Support and maintain office work and workspace. Understand What Vitale Inspection Does and How we Operate.
  • Assist with ongoing administration as needed in the operations department. (Team Player)
  • Learn the inspection routine and services we provide to our client's. (Ride Along)
  • Know what each inspection type is and how it relates to different types of properties.
  • Know which inspectors are qualified for specific services and more difficult properties.
  • We handle challenges with optimism. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a friendly, pleasant, and helpful tone and attitude with all Realtors and clients
  • Scheduling inspections into ISN. (Company scheduling software)
  • Setting proper expectations for the client and the Realtors (buyer and seller agents)
  • Daily tasks in ISN (verifying orders, running reports, calling clients for missing items, following up on missing reports from inspectors/vendors)
  • Entering payments for credit cards and checks over the phone.
  • Supporting our marketing efforts on an administrate level.
  • Build, Listen, Learn, and add Value to the company through having an ownership mentality.
  • Work with other Client care coordinators to maximize efficiency and complete all daily activities timely.
  • Maintain good records and notes of client calls and concerns.
  • Relay information to inspectors from clients/Realtors who have questions or concerns.
  • Operations meeting WEEKLY to report on wins, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Follow up phone calls as needed to clients and Realtors.
  • Monitor our social media pages and Blipp for the purpose of replying to client reviews.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
