In this role, you will help coordinate customer orders, support our delivery team, assist customers, and help ensure that orders meet our quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and helping keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Customer Service & Operations
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text.
  • Provide order updates and resolve service issues.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries using company software. Laundry Operations
  • Inspect garments for quality concerns before processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Monitor equipment and report maintenance issues. Administrative Support
  • Enter orders, update customer records, and track inventory.
  • Assist drivers and troubleshoot delivery issues when needed. Qualifications Required
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license required. Occasional driving may be required.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and mobile applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in an occasionally fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move laundry bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, operations, retail, hospitality, or administrative support.
  • Experience using order management, scheduling, or customer service software. Compensation & Schedule
  • Starting pay: $20.00-$22.00.
  • Typical schedule consists of alternating morning and evening shifts from Monday-Saturday.
