Looking for a dynamic individual who has strong communication/people skills, that is outgoing and able to multitask. A Bilingual Call Center Representative should be detail oriented, caring, punctual, courteous and able to take on challenges and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide assistance with inquiries or issues
• Enter patient information and details into the system accurately and efficiently in EMR system
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving problems
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Familiarity with medical office terminology and procedures is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially in languages commonly spoken in the local community
