Vineland, NJ (in-person) Responsibilities Greet service customers promptly and courteously in a professional manner. Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify and verify customer service needs accurately. Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product features and service requirements. Provide accurate estimates for service costs and completion times, obtaining proper authorization from customers. Monitor service progress and communicate any changes regarding costs, estimated time of delivery, or additional recommended services to customers. Administer warranty repairs for new and used vehicles following manufacturer guidelines. Confirm service appointments by telephone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up calls. Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all services and repairs were completed correctly and explain results to the customer. Comply with state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection. Uphold the company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. Work Hours This is a full-time, in-person position. Specific work hours will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications Minimum two years of experience as a service advisor. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in the state of employment. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, high-energy attitude. Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
