Overview Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Agent and become the vital link between our company and valued customers! Duties Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, providing prompt and friendly assistance to customers across multiple languages. Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues with clarity and patience. Promote and upsell products or services to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Conduct data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and correctly documented. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and communication skills to build rapport with clients. Assist in resolving customer complaints by analyzing issues thoroughly and providing effective solutions. Experience Previous call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry software. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates will have a distinct advantage. Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with professionalism and persistence. Familiarity with sales techniques, customer service best practices, and phone etiquette is a plus. $43,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
