Job Description:
Job Summary The Service Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of client services and support across the organization. This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service, and coordinating communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to providing a high level of customer support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries and service requests. Assess client needs, provide appropriate solutions, or escalate issues when necessary. Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service requests. Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Provide multilingual support when applicable to enhance the client experience. Utilize CRM systems and internal tools to track service requests, manage schedules, and improve workflow efficiency. Use QuickBooks for basic administrative or service-related financial tracking as needed. Support the development and improvement of client service policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service mindset with the ability to analyze and respond to client needs effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM platforms. Familiarity with QuickBooks is required. Ability to multitask, type accurately, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with outbound calling and proactive client engagement is a plus.
