Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team, handling customer service inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will excel at providing responsive, accurate support and assistance to our clients. This position is Monday through Friday and is an in-office role only.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound calls, providing clear and professional responses to customer inquiries. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs and resolve issues promptly. Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records of each call. Assess situations quickly to provide effective problem-solving solutions. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data entry and ability to manage information accurately. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy and comfort with standard office software. Bilingual in Spanish a big plus. Previous call center experience are a plus.
