Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information or demos to enhance their shopping experience Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure products are well-organized and appealing Promote upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services to customers Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support grocery store operations by ensuring proper product placement, inventory management, and stock replenishment Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous cashiering experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, and basic cash handling procedures is essential Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are key to building rapport with customers Experience conducting product demos or upselling can enhance the customer experience and sales performance Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where customer satisfaction drives success!
