Full Job Description Description:
X-Ray Associates of New Mexico is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Float) to support our imaging centers and Central Scheduling team throughout Albuquerque and Santa Fe. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is passionate about providing excellent patient care. What You'll Do Schedule patients for imaging exams by phone and in person Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information Collect payments and review billing requirements Make appointment reminder and scheduling calls Process incoming referrals, faxes, and physician orders Coordinate exam scheduling and maintain accurate patient records Assist multiple imaging centers by covering shifts as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service experience Medical office or healthcare experience preferred Strong computer and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid New Mexico driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to travel between Albuquerque and Santa Fe locations as needed
