Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and professional support, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle phone, email, and chat interactions while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
