Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Part-Time Customer Support Representative to assist with incoming calls for our IT support company. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is comfortable following established procedures and documenting customer information accurately.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner Follow a provided script to gather basic information from callers Create and document simple support tickets in our system Accurately record customer details and service requests Escalate calls as directed when necessary Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
