Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers and deliver responsive service from Farmington, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys helping resolve customer concerns. Responsibilities:

  • Record conversations, case updates, and follow-up actions thoroughly in the company CRM system.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting expected response times.
  • Provide clear information about services, processes, and next steps so customers feel informed and supported.
