Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a "bubbly" personality to make outbound calls to our customer base to book service appointments. This position is to be performed from our office in Farmington NM. Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide a professional representation of the company
• Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous interactions with customers
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for sales and upselling purposes
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using our CRM system
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and product/service information
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goalsExperience
• Previous experience in a sales or call center role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to navigate computer systems and use various software applications
• Excellent problem
• solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
