• Full-time Role Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Automotive Service Advisor .

In this role, you will be the "face" of our service department, greeting customers, documenting their vehicle concerns, and acting as the bridge between our clients and our expert technicians. No prior service advisor experience is required; we provide the training you need to succeed!

Core Responsibilities Customer Intake :

Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to their automotive concerns, documenting issues clearly for technicians.

Communication Liaison :

Translate technical jargon from mechanics into simple terms for customers.

Workflow Management :

Schedule service appointments and keep customers updated on the status of their repairs.

Estimates & Billing :

Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts and process customer payments.

Relationship Building :

Develop ongoing relationships with customers to support dealership goals for service and parts sales.

Qualifications & Skills Education :

High school diploma or GED required.

Attitude :

A positive, professional attitude with a natural talent for sales and problem-solving.

Communication :

Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to communicate clearly via phone, text, or email.

Technical Interest :

Basic knowledge of vehicle systems; while you don't need to be a mechanic, you must be eager to learn about automotive diagnostics.

Organization :

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy schedule.

License :

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is typically required.

Compensation & Benefits Estimated Pay :

Entry-level pay typically ranges from $30,500 to $40,000 annually.

Growth Opportunities :

Many entry-level advisors progress to Service Manager or Senior Advisor roles.
